I went across @wanderlastey and found great spots which definitely can be the places where the richest people in the world spend their money.

The joy of having money lies in being able to afford the finer things in life i.e. what most people can’t afford. Think about it for a moment. The real value of money lies in its scarcity. There would be nothing special about going for holiday in Monaco or Las Vegas if every tom, dick and harry could afford it. This is precisely why people work hard year in, year out to get money. Dubai has managed to transform itself into one of the hottest tourist destinations in the world. Every rich person has the UAE on their most popular vacation destination list. No wonder Dubai gets one of the top spots in this list.

2. Monaco

Number 2 on this list is Monaco. Located in Western Europe on the French Riviera, Monaco is one of the most luxurious cities in the world. The city is popular among the rich because it is a tax haven. According to the World Factbook, Monaco is home to the highest number of billionaires and millionaires per capita worldwide. That sounds about right when you look at the fact that Monaco has the most expensive real estate in the world – at an average of $5,408 a square foot . Monaco is home to some of the best casinos and hotels in the world. The city also hosts some of the biggest yachts. Nothing more needs to be said about Monaco.

1.  Las Vegas

Las Vegas takes the number one slot in this list for being the most luxurious vacation destination in the world. Las Vegas is the best vacation destination for the rich who love gambling simply because it is home to some of the best hotel casinos in the world. The city is also home to famous night clubs, best restaurants, hotels and shopping complexes. Not to mention how many people chose this destination as the prime spot to celebrate new years eve festivities.

Las Vegas is definitely the place to be if you are rich and your focus is having a memorable vacation in the U.S.  Gambling aside, there is no limit to what you can do or experience in Las Vegas provided you have money. This is precisely why Las Vegas takes the number one spot in this list.
